What time does the river cruise start?
We advise to meet at the advised centralised departure point at 4.50pm. Once registered and given your drink voucher we are ready to board our boat at 5pm for immediate departure.
What should I bring along on my tour?
We recommend appropriate clothes for the weather expected, good shoes, and from April to September a hat and sunscreen if you have it! Cruises will not operate in wet season.
How do I pay for the tour I've booked?
Tour prices are listed in local Vietnamese Dong. We can also accept major foreign currencies like USD, AUD, GBP and Euro however this notes must be high denominotion with no tears and be in excellent condition otherwise we are unable to exchange them. Tour payments are collected prior to the tour and we ask that you have the correct amount as we do not carry large amounts of change. Unfortunately we DO NOT take credit cards.
Im a bit scared of trying foreign foods, will it be safe?
The complimentary snack foods offered on our cruise are carefully selected. They are all easy to eat snacks that compliment beer, wine and softdrinks by western standards.
Do you offer discounts if we book a large group?
Please contact us via our Contact page and provide us with some more information and we will happily provide you with a competitive quote. Our tours are designed for small groups so we can offer the best price we can however we do try and accomodate all requests. You will need more than 10 people to be considered for further discounts.
We are travelling with two small children ages 1 and 4 years. How much do you charge for very young children?
All children under 10 are charged at 50% rate and drink voucher applies to water and soft drink only.
Do you accept credit cards?
Unfortunately we DO NOT offer the ability to pay using credit card. Payment can be made in either local currency, or major foreign currencies only.
Do you pick up from Cua Dai Beach?
Short answer no. The cruise starts and finishes in a central location on Bach Dang Street in the old town. Taxis are readily available from other areas like Cua Dai, An Bang and Da Nang however this will be at your own expense.
What's the minimum number of people for the tour to operate?
Tours guaranteed to operate with a minimum of 6 people. If we dont have enough people on any given day we will email you by 12 noon on the day of the cruise to advise if not operating.
